The lucid dream: What is it?

A lucid dream is a dream we are merely conscious of dreaming (hence the term “lucid”), if we know that we are sleeping deeply in bed and that what we see is only a creation. You are in your bed, in a position where you do not fall asleep quickly. (on the back in general, it goes well) You focus your eyes closed on feeling your whole body by the perception of touch, and you stay focused with your conscience on this global perception that is one, about 20 minutes. These activate the energy circulation in the etheric body, opens the chakras, stores subtle energy in a compelling way. (for those who feel this, you can compare with your usual experiences and techniques)

These are so the case, that 20min before bedtime can reduce up to 30% sleep needs. (And so a 7 am night becomes a pretty late morning, making Lucid Dreams easier with less sleep.)

Observe the behavior of your sleep according to what you do during these 5, 10 minutes. And optimize to go back to sleep comfortably.

If the mind remains sleepy, it is impossible to make sentences with eyes closed for more than 1 minute without falling asleep !!! That’s why he must be awake. But not the body, to go back to sleep quickly.

So when you go back to bed, the more your bed seems to you mooooooooooooooEEEEeeeeeeeeuxeux (awakening hormones not yet really active), the more you have a chance to make a Lucid Dream!

Tip: You should know that it is ALWAYS possible to go back to sleep in the morning, even if you are not sleepy, also if you think you cannot sleep anymore, the experience has shown me that it was 90 % the case. 4 ) Advanced tip: Develop the 3rd eye chakra (USEFUL)
